Timeline: The Sales Office is scheduled to open Jan 2019, and Construction is scheduled to finish 2019-2020.
Amenities, Features, and Floor Plans: Note all info are preliminary and not final.
- Tower#1 (Park Hyatt) will have an exclusive amenities deck on the 23rd floor. Below the 23rd floor will be Park Hyatt Hotel rooms.
- Tower #2 & Tower #3 (unbranded condominiums) will have a shared 2 acres large amenities deck on the 8th floor.
- All units will have a balcony each.
- There will be a Fitness & Wellness Program collaboration with Celebrity Trainer Harley Pasternak.
Property Floor Plans and Size: Note all info are preliminary and not final.
- Smallest 1BR floor plans will be ~928 sqft.
- Tower#1 2BR floor plans will range from 1800-2800 sqft.
- Tower#2 & Tower#3 2BR floor plans will range from 1300-2200 sqft.
- 60% of all units will be 2BRs. 20% of all units will be 1BRs, and 20% of all units will be 3BRs.
- 2BRs will be located in the middle and on the sides of the towers.
- Tower#1 Penthouse units are 4BRs: "Flat" floor plans that are 5700-6200 sqft, and Duplex floor plans that are 7600-9000 sqft.
- Tower#2 & Tower#3 Penthouse units are 3BRs: "Flat" floor plans that are 2200-2300 sqft, and Duplex floor plans that are 2800-3200 sqft.
- Note: Duplex floor plans are only available on the Penthouse levels.
